 Stas Induchny
Chief Executive OfficerStas graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University, Ukraine with first class honours degrees in History and English Philology.
He subsequently
completed his business training at Western Ontario Business School,
Canada, before working with NATO on the development and
commercialisation of technologies within the Ukraine.
Based in
Oxfordshire, UK, Stas has provided Technological and Management
Consultancy to leading industrial companies, including Corus, AEA
Technology and British Aerospace. He has travelled extensively worldwide on
commissioned projects, and is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English.

 Prof. Mark Kats PhDTechnical DirectorProfessor Kats is Academician of the Ukrainian Technological Academy, the Ukrainian Academy of Ecological Sciences, and the International Academy of
Computer Sciences and Systems.
After a career spanning over 40 years, he is
currently Head of Computer Technologies Department at the Institute of Higher
Education and holds Professorship in Computational Mathematics and Computer
Technologies at the Eastern Ukrainian National University.
Professor Kats is a
member of editing boards at scientific magazines "Ecology and Industry" and
"Clinical Informatics and Telemedicine" in Ukraine, and a Presidium Member of
the Ukrainian Association "Computer Medicine". He is
the author of one monograph, over 120 scientific articles and is the named
inventor on 12 patents.

 Alexey DavidenkoSystems Director
A graduate of Kharkov Polytechnical Institute, where he specialised
in Technological Process Control, Alexey conducts research at the Ukrainian
State Scientific Centre Laboratory of Metallurgical Processes Optimisation.
His research interest is in the area of mathematical modelling of complex
systems and their diagnostics, prognostics and optimisation.
He is a
specialist in Pascal, C++ and Assembly language programming.
Alexey is the
author of 13 articles on the subject of technological process optimisation.

 Adam Levy MA MBACommercial Director
Graduating from Cambridge University, where he studied Pathology,
Adam has worked in scientific and commercial roles within the biotechnology and
pharmaceutical industry since 1994.
He has an MBA from Insead, Paris, where he
specialised in the management of healthcare organisations, and
entrepreneurship.
Adam was responsible for biotechnology and North American
licensing for Weston Medical plc, completing license agreements with value in
excess of £250m, and playing a key role in Weston’s IPO on the London
Stock Exchange. He is a Director of Mosaic Portrait Ltd and sits on the board
of Amplion Ltd. |
